- No un-registered guests are allowed on property
- Pool & spa are available 24/7, however Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM (no loud music or noise)
- NO guest's ATVs allowed inside gates. Trailers, jet skis etc, must be parked in designated area at property entrance, near tennis court.
- Gasoline containers may not be stored in parking garage.
- Oversize vehicles may not park in garage.
- No ATVs allowed on Tessoro beach.
- No Fireworks
- No glass containers at the pool area
You must check-in at the CASTAWAYS RENTAL OFFICE conveniently located at Benito Juarez and Josefa. It is behind the VIP-PEMEX station at the first traffic light in town. Hours of operation are 10am to 5pm weekdays and 6 pm on Friday and Saturday. After hours please phone 602-585-3412 for your check in instructions.
